Beach Theme Wedding Favors for your Beach Wedding

Planning a beach wedding can be so much fun and choosing your beach theme wedding favors is even more fun!

I love beach weddings! My husband and I were married on Fort Myers Beach in Florida last year so I know a little bit about having a beach wedding.

If you have seen my page on Beach Wedding Invitations you noticed that I mentioned the idea of getting specific with your beach theme. I will call it "creating a theme within a theme."

You can fine-tune your theme, or get very specific, by choosing one themed-item to base your theme on. Have I lost you yet? I hope not. Let me give you examples. Your theme is to have a beach wedding. Now, narrow that down and decide if you will you go with a palm tree beach theme, flip flops, lighthouses, etc... Get the idea? The more you define your theme, the easier for you to select your beach theme wedding favors and other accessories.

You can mix and match things within your theme as well. No, I am not trying to make it confusing. Just giving you more options!

An example of mixing and matching is to include starfish, seashells, sandcastles, sand buckets, seahorses and any other item you feel would relate to these items. Now, you can decorate with these items: seashell favors, sandcastle design on napkins, starfish included in your centerpieces. See how you can mix and match and create a very beachy feel?

It is your preference. Some brides prefer to keep it more simple and only use one specific theme like the starfish. You decide what is right for you.
